If you have more properties for us to manage, we would like to incentivize you to give us that business. So we offer a reduced rate on the more properties you have us manage.
Only when rent is collected
Only way we make money is if we collect rent from your tenant. You do not need to wonder if we are making an effort to collect the rent because it is in our best interest to do so.
% Based Fee
We charge a percentage of the rent collected. Higher the rent, the higher our income. This is how you know we care just as much as you do.
% Based Reimbursement
The same percentage we charge you off the rent amount is the same percentage we pay for repairs. Now you KNOW we are going to pick the right vendors and compare quotes on repairs
The Basic Stuff
NO set up fee, cancellation fee, or charge for lease renewals
Setting you up as a new client, renewing a lease on a tenant, or cancelling our management agreement does not cost us anything so why should we charge you? So we do not.
